This work conducts an in-depth exploration of the organic integration of artificial intelligence literacy and professional education in the context of the "New Liberal Arts" initiative, aiming to construct a liberal arts education system that meets the needs of the new era. Firstly, it elaborates on the core concepts and significance of the "New Liberal Arts" construction. Subsequently, it shifts its focus to the innovative practices of "curriculum-based ideological and political education" and "campus culture" within the framework of "New Liberal Arts," emphasizing their positive role in cultivating students' comprehensive qualities. In terms of artificial intelligence literacy, the work systematically analyzes its connotation, constituent elements, and training objectives, and designs a scientific and reasonable curriculum system to provide liberal arts students with a platform to access cutting-edge technology. Meanwhile, it deeply examines the connotation and current status of integrated professional and innovative education, and proposes targeted integration paths.
