The interaction between mobile communication and the Internet has given rise to a large number of social media. Currently, social media has emerged in people's lives and the market, bringing a lot of convenience to people. The rise of social media and the substantial increase in the number of users have led more enterprises to choose social media as the main way of marketing. Compared with traditional marketing methods, it can be found that social media marketing is vastly different from traditional media marketing in terms of communication content, communication methods, cost, and cycle. In addition, the current use of social media for marketing by enterprises has a short history, so a systematic approach and theory have not been formed, and corresponding problems will also exist.
